Kent L. Pray has served clients since 1991. In 1995 he began focusing on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. He is admitted to practice in Arkansas, the U.S. District Court Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals 8th Circuit.
In addition to serving clients, Mr. Pray has routinely lectured for several organizations concerned with debtor creditor matters, including the National Business Institute. Mr. Pray has also served as past President of the Debtor/Creditor Bar of Central Arkansas. He also belongs to the Arkansas Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the Bankruptcy Section of the American Bar Association.
Mr. Pray earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Science from the University of Central Arkansas.
